Anyone know where I might learn Russian in the Okanagan Valley ?

Hello Ladies and gentlemen, I'm looking to travel to Russia next year around May (specifically to Kaliningrad, Moscow and St. Petersburg) and am hoping to be able to speak enough Russian to get around without too much difficulty.

If there is anyone that knows of someone that teaches Russian or programs, etc that are available in the Okanagan please let me know, I am in Summerland but I'd be willing to travel to learn.
