Looking for Lady to live in and to look after an old lady

We are looking for a lady to live in and to look after an old lady (93 years old) who is taking basic care of herself but requires surveillance and specific assistance

The expected services include:
1) to be in the house during the night and at least some time during the day (just in case )
2) to prepare food
3) to wash her (help to take bath) once a week
4) to walk with her every second day (she can walk; just to secure)
5) once a week to take her shopping
6) once every two -three months take her to a doctor

agreement is for one year with a possibility of further extension (if all is OK)

We are ready to :
1) provide free accommodation in an individual house
2) to pay certain sum of money (to be agreed upon)
(cost of food is paid extra)

Requirements:
1) be able to drive a car (house is in West Bank)
2) understand how to take care of an old person
3) ideally, to know Russian or Slavic language
